Working with the seven chakras, this hands on energy treatment will help to bring back any imbalance into alignment. Reiki energy healing works well alongside spiritual counselling and talking therapies.
Spiritual counselling & talking therapies
A safe and confidential space to talk through any issues creating emotional blockages within your life. An intuitively led approach, including a variety of tools and solutions such as spiritual kinsology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), tips and guidance to balance your chakras, manifestion techniques, how to raise your vibration, shadow work and other ways to balance and re-centre. Every client is treated as an individual with a tailor made healing programme depending on your needs.
Aromatherapy & massage
Aromatherapy uses essential oils which are healing in themselves. You will have a consultation, to find where your issues lie, and then I will choose a bespoke blend to suit your needs. The purpose of each oil will be fully explained to you.
The full body massage includes head, face, neck, shoulders, back, legs, feet, arms, hands and stomach. The massage encourages blood flow and lymphatic drainage. A very relaxing treatment with many positive health benefits
Sound therapy
Sound therapy is healing on a cellular level. Using sound and vibration to heal any unaligned parts or you and balance your chakras to the correct vibration and frequency. This is a deeply immersive session and is combined with guided meditation to enable you to relax and fully heal. Sound therapy is an incredibly powerful and spiritual practice.
